Section 23
Records to be kept
(1) Commodity trading businesspersons must obtain documents or details that reveal the real identity of the investor before doing business.
(2) Commodity trading professionals shall keep records of documents or details revealing the identity of investors, details related to transaction of funds or other activities as specified.
